Services Engagement

Nyedis provides advice and guidance, rather than hands-on services, to the client. We assist our clients to help make important decisions and provide strategic guidance. This can include current state assessments, future state roadmap and design, and assistance with vendor selection.

Nyedis is hired to provide outsourced services on an ongoing basis. This can include infrastructure management, software development, and other services. Nyedis is responsible for all aspects of the project, from design to implementation, and run/operate.

This entails the delivery of a specific program or project/s with defined deliverables and/or milestones. The project deliverables are managed and governed leveraging project plans, kanban boards, or other scrum methods. Assigned resources are managed by Nyedis, while working closely with our client to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

In this model, a Retained consultant/s are engaged for a specific period of time to provide ongoing services and support. The focus may be on specific requirements or more of a generalist role to support ever changing business and technical demands. Typically in this model, the client manages the day to day activity of the consultants, with Nyedis oversight.
