Trying to start your OAM (Oracle Access Manager) 11g or 11gR2 managed server and it fails into an ADMIN state and not in RUNNING?
Edit your nodemanager.properties file and set this:
StartScriptEnabled=true
Then kill your nodemanager, restart it and then try to start OAM.
